Ticket sales for India’s warm up matches began yesterday. India will play two warm-up match games in guwahati and Trivendrum before they kick off the show piece event. India will play against Australia on 8 October. This is the first day where India matches ticket sales will be up for grabs.

The pre sale exclusive window for MasterCard users for India matches at ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 didn’t go according to the plan. The website of BookMyShow crashed and many were left minutes after the warm-up match tickets went live at 6pm on Monday (IST).
Those who managed to login are pushed to long queues.
A day later, the website showed all tickets barring the India vs Afghanistan match in Delhi, were sold out for the master card users .
The real test for ICC and BookMyShow will, however, start Tuesday (30August) when the site opens for every one to book India match tickets. ICC had earlier announced that tickets for India matches will be rolled out in a phased manner to avoid Chaos.

September 2: India matches at Bengaluru (against Netherland) and Kolkata (against South Africa)
